Don't Interrupt does one job, your Slack and Teams status, and it works in both: it sets your status on a free plan and costs $4 a seat a month against $12 list price for Reclaim's cheapest plan with Slack status sync. Reclaim is a calendar planner first, and its Slack status sync is only on paid plans, with Teams status listed as coming soon.
When Reclaim makes sense. Reclaim makes sense if you want your calendar to plan tasks and focus time for you. That is a different job from setting your status, and you can keep it alongside Don't Interrupt.

It leaves a status you set yourself alone, so you can run it next to whatever you use today.
Try Don't Interrupt freeKeep it for planning if you like it, and add Don't Interrupt for Teams status, Do Not Disturb and keyword rules. Let only one of them set your Slack status. A status that Don't Interrupt didn't set is treated as yours and left alone, so with Reclaim's status sync on you'll mostly see Reclaim's status.
